Which Wich, the popular sandwich franchise, had a unique opportunity for a promotion featuring Dallas Mavericks center Dirk Nowitzki. We created the #HoopsWithDirk social media campaign, where contestants took pictures of anything Which Wich-related and posted it to their social media accounts for a chance to play a game of H-O-R-S-E (actually W-I-C-H) with Dirk himself. $1 from each purchase went to the Dirk Nowitzki Foundation, which helps children globally.
We created the promotion graphics, a landing page on Which Wich's site, and the social media content to hype the contest in the DFW area. As fans started entering, we selected the best shots to display on Which Wich's site.
Some of our posts were re-posted by Dirk, the Mavs and Mark Cuban, furthering our reach. The campaign was a big success, more than doubling the participation of an earlier promo with Dirk, as well as growing Which Wich's audiences on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. And of course Dirk was a great host to the winner and his son during their time playing together. Created through Black Eye.
