Music packaging and trade show materials for Austin, the Live Music Capital of the World. Trade show materials created for a convention in San Diego, highlighting two Austin-based musicians who performed at the event. Since the musical style was jazz and blues, we drew our inspiration from classic jazz album artwork from the 50s and 60s, giving the materials a relevant, vintage look. We also created the packaging for a commemorative album and CD of music by the two artists, handed out to convention attendees.
Austin also creates an annual compilation CD of area musicians, which we created as well. It featured interesting bat photography, shot by local photographer Matt Rainwaters at the Congress St. bridge, home to the largest population of Mexican free tail bats in the US.
Also included are miscellaneous promotional items.
